Cosco Bungee Baby Jumpers

Cosco has received 82 reports of the bungee jumper falling to the floor. Fifteen babies suffered bumps, bruises and scratches, the majority of which were to the head. Only model numbers 04-461 and 04-468 are being recalled. Click for more information.

Safety 1st Wipe Warmer

Safety 1st has received 17 reports of the interior basin of the wipe warmer cracking. No injuries or shocks have been reported.
Only model number 26133 manufactured from December 1999 through January 2001 is being recalled. For more information, click here.

Kolcraft Walker Recall
If you own the Tot Rider Walker model #14302, then call Kolcraft at 800-453-7676 between 8 & 4:45ET for a free replacement tray. The cover on the removable music center can break off and pose a choking hazard. However, model 14303 has NOT been recalled. For more information, click here.

 

Playskool Sesame Street Busy Poppin' Pals
The small springs inside these toys can break loose, posing a choking and laceration hazard to young children. The toy has model number 5446. You can call Playskool at 8775189743 anytime for a replacement. For information you cclick herean go to the US Consumer Product Safety Commission website.
 

 Leapfrog Alphabet Pal Electronic Pull Toy

Kolcraft 'Ranger' Stroller Recall
If you own the Kolcraft Ranger or Ranger Quattro stroller, model #46720 and #46721, manufactured from December 1999 to June 2000, you  need to call Kolcraft anytime at 8007574770 for a free repair kit. The strollers lock mechanisms can break and create a pinch-point hazard. For more information you can go to the  US Consumer Product Safety Commission website.

Scooter Recall
If you purchased the Kent Kickin' Mini Scooter please call 1800451KENT(5368) from 8-5 ET, Monday-Friday. There is a defect with the handle bars.
If you purchased the Kash 'N Gold Racer X20 please call 18003548785, it also has a defect with the handle bars. For more information visit the US Consumer Product Safety Commission website. 

 

Highchair Recall
If you have the Cosco 5 way highchair, it may have 3 separate defects that could cause your child to fall out and get injured. Please call Cosco at 18002216736 from 8-4:30 ET, Monday-Friday. You can also go to the US Consumer Product Safety Commission website for more information on the recall.

 High Chair Recall
Peg Perego
is recalling several of its high chairs because there is a space between the armrest and backrest which can cause a child to become entrapped. This can pose a risk of suffocation or injury to the heads or arms of young children.
The recalled high chairs have seats that can be raised or lowered, and a lever on the back of the chair that allows the seat to be tilted back. The recalled chairs are the "Prima Pappa," "Roller," and "Martinelli Pappa and Nanna." The model names are located on the footrest or the seat back. A sticker on the brace connecting the front leg to the back leg reads in part, "Peg-Perego" and "Italy."
Consumers should stop using the high chairs immediately. Consumers should call Peg Perego toll-free at (877) 737-3464 anytime or log on to the company's website at www.perego.com to receive free replacement armrests that will eliminate the entrapment hazard. Consumers should not return the high chair to the store where purchased.
High chairs with 9-inch armrests are not included in this recall.
